Paul brings over 25 years of experience to ETS Management Solutions, LLC as an attorney, ethics and compliance officer, human resources executive, and graduate school professor. Since 1998, Paul has been engaged in private legal practice in Buffalo, NY, and Washington D.C. and has held several senior leadership roles for Fortune 100 companies based in Washington, D.C. and Southern California. Throughout his career, Paul has developed numerous ethics policies and training programs, and has led the development of employee relations programs domestically and internationally. In the consulting and coaching space, Paul has worked with several clients engaged in careers within professional baseball while completing the applicable testing requirements of the Major League Baseball Players Association for General Player Agent Certification. Paul has also worked with several clients outside of sports in the furtherance of employee development and training initiatives, including training related to ethics, compliance, and business development. His graduate school teaching is focused on psychology and leadership with a heavy emphasis on leadership ethics, the psychology of leading teams, authentic leadership, and servant leadership.
Paul holds a B.S. in Psychology from Penn State University and a J.D. from the University of Buffalo, School of Law. He also is a registered Athlete Agent in the state of California.

Phil serves as a Senior Business Development and Leadership Consultant for ETS Management Solutions, LLC. Over his 20-year career, he has negotiated numerous contracts and managed complex strategic projects to achieve beneficial client outcomes in the public and private sectors. Also, Phil has extensive experience as a military officer with a proven track record of outstanding leadership and mentorship in the most challenging environments. Phil's business knowledge and leadership helps to shape the strategic direction of ETS.
Phil earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Redlands, and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command General Staff Officer Course.
Brandon serves as a Finance and Risk Consultant to ETS Management Solutions, LLC, contributing to programs and strategy around Leadership and Professional Development. Over his 20-year career, Brandon has advised large financial services institutions in the United States and the United Kingdom on risk management, systems integration, financial audit, and operational audit. Brandon has the demonstrated ability to provide clarity to complex situations as a trusted advisor. He has also worked closely with executive teams on leadership and corporate culture initiatives for several Fortune 500 companies.
Brandon earned a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University, where he was a Division 1 Student-Athlete (Men's soccer). He also holds an MBA from George Washington University.
